Fancy Foods Show - Tradeshow Booth Design for the Food & Beverage Industry October 10 2018
The food and beverage industry is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in America, with over 127 Billion dollars of sales in 2017 with an over 15 percent jump in total sales between 2014 and 2016, according to the Specialty Food Association. North America’s Largest Specialty Food and Beverage Event, The Fancy Foods Show is coming up soon from January 13th-15th in San Francisco. The Fancy Show is the premier showcase for innovation in the food and beverage industry. Last year’s show featured around 180,000 products including confections, cheese, coffee, snacks, spices, ethnic, natural, organic and more. It is great opportunity to connect with 2,400 exhibitors from 50 countries & regions!
For companies looking to enter or compete in the rapidly growing specialty food industry, the Fancy Foods Show is an essential opportunity to engage with potential customers, investors and fellow specialty food industry professionals. Custom tradeshow booths that display your company’s brand, logo, messaging and imagery are what convey your company’s philosophy, mission and differentiate you from all the other companies at the tradeshow. However, there is more to conveying your organization’s values than just branding, messaging and signage. Your organization’s values are also explicitly conveyed by the choice of design materials used in your tradeshow exhibit!
Boothster specializes in award winning, environmentally sustainable and cost effective tradeshow booth designs for companies and organizations of all sizes. We are proud to have worked with many companies on their custom tradeshow booths for Food & Beverage Industry shows, including Straus Creamery, GoMacro, Dr Praeger’s, Brazi Bites and, The Spice Hunter! In fact, our booth design for GoMacro won the “Best Medium Sized Booth” at the Canadian Health Food Association West tradeshow just last year! From cellulose fiberboard, to reclaimed wood and even 100% recyclable cardboard booth designs, the range of creativity available with sustainable materials is limited only by your imagination!
One of our most common booth requests is to create a kitchen like atmosphere with highly functional sampling tables. "Move 'em in and move 'em out!" is often a request from our clients. What that means functionally is that the booth is built to funnel trade show attendees through the exhibit for a quick and fantastic experience with the brand. With a properly trained booth staff; our clients are able to deftly cull out the real sales prospects as they nibble on their delectable samples or hand-outs.
For our recent Brazi Bites booth we created a curved counter which flows into small meeting tables. Behind the tables are well thought out work spaces including ovens that allow the skilled Brazi staff to quickly get their delicious Brazilian cheesebread onto the tables for their busy exhibit staff. Also note the punchy graphics. The booth attendees immediately notice two things: The company name is Brazi Bites, and Brazi Bites are a frozen food. Brazi Bites has achieved amazing success for a small husband and wife team baking out of their kitchen. With a little help from Boothster, their brand is now going national!
For the Better Life booth, we created a different kind of kitchen which allows for sampling of cleaning products. The client provided their own wiping materials that are similar to what is in people's everyday kitchens. Their request from Boothster was to build the booth super light while also being vibrant in color. We advised them to have small hard surfaces to do their sampling instead of do a full kitchen - which would have been very heavy and costly to ship.
